Refund
Cancellation (if applicable)
We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchased items to the manufacturer.
Customers only need to pay for shipping once (including returns); there is no replacement fee for returned products.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically charge it to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Refund Delay or Missing (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be credited. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all steps but still have not received your refund, please contact us via email.
